Sous vide top sirloin kabobs finished on the 36" Blackstone griddle

Want a real easy meal idea, but don't want to put the time in?  This dish has it.  These kabobs were first cut from a top sirloin steak (only 1) and made six skewers!  The seasoning/marinade is very simple and the sous vide and Blackstone does all the work.

Ingredients:

1 - Top sirloin steak
1 - Tablespoon salt
2-3 Teaspoons pepper
1 - Teaspoon garlic powder
1 - Teaspoon onion powder
1-2 Teaspoons brown sugar (I used light)
2-3 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Other items:

Wooden skewers
Ziplock or Foodsaver style bags
Foodsaver (if using the bags(I used a ziplock bag))
Blackstone griddle for the finish

Steps:

1 - Cut sirloin into bite sized cube and place into a bowl.

2 - In a bowl, mix worcestershire, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.  This is your marinade.

3 - Pour marinade over the meat, but just coat well, don't drown it.  You'll want to save some marinade to brush on the meat at the finish on the Blackstone.  Mix meat well with marinade.

4 - Skewer and place in a bag for ready for sous vide.

5 - Place skewers in pre-warmed sous vide bath at 135°.

6 - Leave in sous vide from 1-3 hours.

7 - Remove from bath, remove from bag, and lay on a plate, and pat dry.

8 - Get your Blackstone hot for a sear.

9 - Lay kabobs on the Blackstone for 1-2 mins each side.  Brush leftover marinade on the kabobs on each turn.

10 - Serve with favorite side dish.
